All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exchanges Only
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for an exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
All original tags must still be attached.
Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Proof of purchase is required.
Exchange Process
To request an exchange, email us with:
Your order number
Your full name
The item(s) you’d like to exchange
The size or color you’d like instead (subject to availability)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
